Taking into account local, state and federal guidelines, we are currently not doing pop-up shops. Please rest assured that we do this with your safety in mind. We know that shopping will feel a little different, but remain focused on providing a great shopping experience.

What precautions will you take with my online purchases?

We’re sanitizing all high-touch surfaces with disinfectant frequently while the store is open, in accordance with the CDC’s guidelines.

What precautions are you taking at your shipping facilities? How are you keeping your employees safe there?

We follow the CDC’s guidelines with regular deep cleanings of our storage space, and we wipe down all high-touch surfaces throughout the day with disinfectant.

Should I expect a delay with my order?

You may experience shipping delays, as all shipping across the USA has, and this may temporarily slow down processing.

Will your return policy change?

Due to the current circumstances, we are extending our return and exchange period to 60 days for all orders placed starting March 1st, 2020. Please allow additional time for your return to be processed.
